At Adjust Sunglasses, we want you to love your purchase. If you’re not completely satisfied, we’re here to help. Here’s how our returns and refunds work:
30-Day Return Policy

You have 30 days from the delivery date to return your item(s) for a refund.

Items must be unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging to qualify for a refund.

We do not accept returns for items that are used, worn, or damaged due to normal use or misuse.
How to Return

Contact Us: Email us at [adjustglasses@gmail.com] within 30 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and reason for the return.

Ship It Back: Once your return is approved, ship the item(s) back to us. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Inspect & Refund: Once we receive your return, we’ll inspect the item(s) and process your refund within 15 business days.
Refunds

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method in U.S. Dollars (USD).

Please note: Shipping costs are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for any fees related to foreign currency transactions or exchange rates.
Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Email us at [adjustglasses@gmail.com] with your order number and a photo of the damage.

We’ll replace the item at no cost to you or issue a refund if a replacement isn’t available.
Cancellations

You can cancel or modify your order within 24 hours of placing it. After 24 hours, your order may already be in processing, and we may not be able to cancel it.

If canceled within 24 hours, your refund will be processed within 15 business days.
